In 1999, Steve joined the newly formed Red Oak Bank in Morristown as President and Director. When the bank was sold in 2005, he helped open Team Capital Bank, which currently has offices in Flemington, NJ; Bethlehem and Doylestown, PA.

Mr. Goldman was sworn in as Commissioner on March 20, 2006.
